Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final

Doodle Dough does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been dispatched. All sales are final, except where an order is cancelled before dispatch (see our Cancellation Policy).

Why

Every kit is handmade to order and our playdough is a food-safe, hygiene-sensitive product. For health and safety reasons, items cannot be returned, resold, or reused once they leave our hands, so we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Damaged or incorrect items

We take great care in preparing and packing every order. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email care@doodledough.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll review it and do our best to help.

Handmade variation

Because every kit is made by hand, small differences in colour, scent, and finish are natural and are part of the charm. Product photos are for illustration and the actual colour may vary slightly from how it looks on your screen; this is not considered a defect.
