Cancellation Policy

Cancellation window

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Since our kits are handmade to order, preparation begins soon after you order, so please reach out quickly.

How to cancel

Email care@doodledough.in with your order number and “Cancellation” in the subject line. We'll confirm by reply.

Cancellation & refunds

If you cancel before your order has been dispatched and you have already paid online, we will refund your payment to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and, as noted in our Return & Refund Policy, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
